I had a problem with the washing machine (I put in too much soap) (I wanted to put in some extra because my cats peed on it).

Time: 9:58 PM (they close at 10:00 PM). I called to explain that the spin cycle didn't work properly. They didn't bother me and even offered to use a dryer. Thank you so much. Definitely the best laundromat. Clean, and the washing machines are a 10.

It sets free wifi when you activate the machine and I don't have the password. I have not enjoyed the free wifi. The detergent is paid separately and the fabric softener. €4 for a small wash and €4 for a small dry and €1 for detergent and €1 for softener, meaning €10 fixed per customer. No free wifi.

After leaving the rug for 21 days, they delivered it without washing it. We took it back and when we picked it up, the man, apart from being defensive and quite rude, told us that the stains that were still on the rug would not come out in any way, which was not true. I do not recommend it.

Don't trust this place!! I do not recommend!! Terrible experience. I brought my almost new jacket, I had never washed it, it was barely used, and they returned a torn jacket to me, literally torn at the cuffs, zipper, and hood. I asked to speak to the store manager and they denied it for weeks. After that, they invited me to come see what could be done about it. They still had my jacket, and the only thing they told me was that they could refund me the money for the wash. It's all very strange because the jacket was even dirtier than when I wore it, dirty and torn. The least I expect is that they would pay me for my garment, which was almost new and now damaged. Who pays for the bad time? Do they send me an apology? That doesn't solve things. Especially when it's a paid service, and not cheap. I do not recommend this place at all. Do yourself a favor and don't come here. You would think that since it's an international company, it would do the minimum of good, but no, do not trust your things here. Bad. Terrible.

I took an embroidered piece and it was in the establishment for half a year, more or less, and in the end nothing had been done to it.
The first excuse was a pretend operation, then a machine that had arrived, then some changes because of his new machine, then ironing was needed; it was all a lie because they never did anything with the embroidery. I came to think that I would have to go consumer because maybe they had misplaced it. Out of exhaustion, I went to look it up and they solved it with a "sorry".
Amazing the lack of professionalism of this company as, the one I went to later, they had it for me in a week.

Takes 2 days on average but service is good and price is reasonable especially if traveling with kids and have a lot of laundry to do!

I gave them my shirts and underwear (all cotton, nothing special) for just a "simple wash" during my vacation in Palma. The next day I picked it up again. When I checked the clothes, I was really disappointed:
- black t-shirts are now dark grey and full of lint
- a pair of black socks (that I had for over 10years) is now dark blue, I have no idea how something like this is even possible
- all clothes had a really bad and disgusting smell, I had to wash all of them again at a self-service laundry!

I have no idea how someone can do such a bad job just washing regular cotton clothes. Just throw your clothes in the ocean instead of bringing them to this place!
